A job fair for work at the America's Cup Pavilion over the weekend attracted nearly 200 applicants for a wide variety of jobs during the Concert Series this summer. Over half of the applicants were from San Francisco.

Applicants came down to the future America's Cup Park site at Piers 27/29 where the America's Cup Pavilion is already under construction.

The America's Cup Concert Series is bringing acts like Sting and Imagine Dragons, as well as classical music, jazz and family shows to San Francisco over the summer as part of the entertainment on offer at the America's Cup Park.

The job fair was just one of the attractions along the Embarcadero this weekend as the Port of San Francisco celebrated it's 150th year. Created on April 24th, 1863, by Governor Leland Stanford, the Port is nearly as old as the America's Cup itself.

The America's Cup participated with an information booth and meet and greet area outside its offices at Pier 19, which proved a popular stop for those interested in the Summer of Racing.
