“We are both very excited to bring to life the official America’s Cup Sports Bar. Having 15 years experience in San Francisco as a restaurant and nightclub developer, this is the most epic venue I've ever worked on, and I'm honored to have been chosen to open the world's largest pop-up bar,“ said Karl Hasz. “This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the biggest event in San Francisco this summer. I have always enjoyed sharing my passion for food and beverage with guests to our amazing city. Being able to do that with as venerable an institution as the America's Cup is an honor and privilege,” said Eric Rubin. The space is located in the Cruise Ship Terminal and is adjacent to the Superyacht slips at the America’s Cup Park at Piers 27/29. America’s Cup Sports Bar will have private lounge areas as well as large private event spaces and will hold approximately 500 people. The bar and restaurant are scheduled to be open 7 days a week, from 11 am - 10 pm Sunday-Thursday and 11 am - 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Brunch will be served on the weekends.
