Graeme competed in a number of sports at a high level including Australian Rules football, and water polo before shifting his focus solely onto sailing. He also competed at national and international level in a wide variety of classes, including Tornado catamaran, International 505, Farr 40 and Classe Mini 650. He has ambitions to take his sailing career all the way to the top.
