Simeon was the only “first-timer” on the 2010 BMW ORACLE Racing America’s Cup winning team; a rare distinction of winning the Cup in his first attempt.

He is no stranger to high speed sailing.

Simeon was part of the record-setting 24-hour monohull run achieved by the ABN Amro Two crew in the Volvo Ocean Race 2005-06, clocking an impressive 563 nautical miles.

From a shipbuilding family, he has studied the design and construction of yachts and ships at university.
