Only the cranes are on site. These will be used as to lift the boats in and out of the water.

Basic structures
Some temporary structures are set up to host the teams. The public will be able to get right into the heart of the action from a walking path right behind the base area.

Serious things begin
First containers arrive in the afternoon.

Monday 15th august
Boats arriving
Alinghi and Emirates Team New Zealand are around, along with the first RIBs and chase boats.

AC Park appears
The first tents of the America's Cup Park are now visible in the background.

Tuesday 16th august
All ships are here
GER 72, still in the water, joins the boats unloaded from the M/V Schippersgracht.

Wednesday 17th august
More masts are up
Crews are working on their boats, America's Cup Park is getting bigger in the background.

Saturday 20th august
Flags all around
Team tents and bases are up and operational, national flags are visible everywhere, and all of the race boats are already training or completing final preparations to do so.
