AC37 Event Limited, with registered office at 56 Brigham Street, Auckland Central, Auckland, 1010 , New Zealand, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Website unless otherwise stated in the particular section or form used to collect the personal data.
However, the main organizer of the 37th America’s Cup Event that will take place in Spain is ACE Barcelona, S.L., with registered office at World Trade Center Barcelona, East Building, Barcelona’s Moll, s/n, floor 5º, 08039 – Barcelona.

- What personal data do we process?
In certain circumstances, the use of cookies implies the processing of personal data of users who visit the Website when they identify themselves or provide certain identification or contact data that allow to distinguish the navigation of some users from others, or when the user is identified through an IP address.
- How long will we keep your personal data?
Whenever we collect the user´s personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. At the end of that period, it will either be deleted completely or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.
- With whom do we share Website users' personal data?
Organising an international event of the characteristics of the America’s Cup, often requires the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams located both in the main venue, and in additional venues, as well as the participation and supervision of the organising team, which for the 37th edition of the America’s Cup is the Emirates Team New Zealand.
For this reason, we may transfer personal data that we collect from you outside the country or region in which you are located and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
If we do this, we have procedures in place to ensure that your personal data receives the same protection as if it were being processed in the EEA.
