World Class Entertainment on and off the water at the 35th America's Cup

The America’s Cup Village enjoyed the full flavour of the Caribbean as thousands of fans danced the evening away with a SOCA and reggae filled schedule helping to get the America’s Cup Match, presented by Louis Vuitton, party started in spectacular fashion.

Having watched Peter Burling and Emirates Team New Zealand seal back-to-back victories over Jimmy Spithill’s ORACLE TEAM USA earlier in the afternoon, spectators’ attention turned to the America’s Cup Village Main Stage as the party started with Barrie Hype and DJ Ryan Sayeed.

The day’s headline act, Alison Hinds, dubbed by fans worldwide as the undisputed “Queen of SOCA” followed, bringing her customary powerful vocals and high-energy, much to the delight of the crowd.

In addition, Ricardo Drue rocked the stage before DJ Crown Prince mixed up a selection of urban, Caribbean, mainstream, soul, top 40, moombahton (a fusion genre of house music and reggaeton) and electro to keep the party going, before Taylor Rankin and roots rock reggae stars Conscious Band helped to close out what proved an incredible day, on and off the water.
