AUCKLAND ANNIVERSARY IN THE AMERICA'S CUP VILLAGE
Come down over Auckland Anniversary and not only experience the racing from the pre-race show on the Big Screen on Te Wero Island at 1130am, but also watch the boats as they go into the water from their syndicate bases. There are great viewing areas especially down on the breakwaters around the Village so you can see them go out to the Race Courses.
Then come and hang out with your family down in Silo Park. There's a big screen which is on each day from 11am, and we have bean bags scattered across the grass for you to sit back, relax and watch the show! You can hang out here for hours with racing being shown LIVE on the big ccreen from 3 to 5pm. You will also have plenty of eatery options from the internationally flavoured food vendors around you, and hang out at the bar down in Silo Park too.

It’s going to be a great weekend to bring your kids down and hang out in a family friendly area. Our America's Cup Race Village is an alcohol-free zone, and we encourage everyone to head into the wonderful bars along North Wharf, and into our pop-up bars in Silo Park and on Te Wero Island.
Across the weekend we will also be showcasing the Auckland International Buskers Show (and across in the new Silo Park Extension area too) from 12-5pm each day. They will then perform down by the Main Stage on Te Wero Island between 8-9pm across the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. This well-known and well-loved event is a great show for kids of all ages. Why not grab a glass of bubbles from the Mumm Yacht Club situated right beside the Main Stage or grab a bite to eat at Te Pou.
We are also showcasing some of the best ice creameries across Auckland at our Ice Cream Markets, held on Sunday 31st from 11am to 5pm. There will be ice creams, sundaes, and sorbets alike, plus lots of other ice-cream delights to try! You will not believe some of the creations these very clever people make, it is almost like you’re traveling to another place altogether.
There is children's entertainment that will run between 11.30am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday with circus training, fairies blowing bubbles, and face painting galore!
Come down and see what all the fun is about and come back to see us again in March for more entertainment and family fun.
