OFFICIAL PR OPENING IN NISIDA

The Official Opening Ceremony of the Naples Preliminary Regatta took place on the island of Nisida where the teams have taken temporary bases for the regatta. With a direct view over Bagnoli, where the team bases are being erected at a rapid pace ahead of the first AC75’s arriving next month, the teams were welcomed by the government and local officials who have done a remarkable job in facilitating both the Preliminary Regatta and the America’s Cup in 2027.
