Championship Format

The America’s Cup e-Series is comprised by two main phases: the Online Qualifiers and the Grand Final.

Online Qualifiers

The Online Qualifiers is the public qualification phase and consists of 6 rounds of qualifying events, starting on July 31st and up until September 14th.

Each round consists of two stages:

A Weekly Challenge, spanning from Wednesday to Tuesday, where players can participate in races to earn qualifying points, that will be tallied up to the weekly leaderboard. Players can join the challenge at any time and participate in as many races as they wish over the challenge.

A Playoff Final, happening the following Saturday, where the top 8 players of the week will race against each other over 5 races to secure a seat in the Grand Final. Each Playoff Final will be livestreamed on Twitch for the world to watch, and the winner will earn an all-expenses paid trip to Barcelona to compete in the Grand Final.

Grand Final

The Grand Final is the final stage of the competition and will take place in Barcelona on the evening of September 28th, where our six weekly winners will be joined by two wildcard esports players in an epic showdown.

The eight finalists will go head-to-head over a series of breath-taking races, each aiming for a slice of the impressive €50,000 prize pool. However, only one will make history as the first-evet America’s Cup e-Series champion.
